With nearly 40% of people facing a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime, my work is grounded in a simple goal: make every interaction clearer, faster, and more human for every life cancer touches. At the #1 oncology hospital in the world, I partner with clinicians, care teams, patients, caregivers, and technologists to design accessible, high-impact solutions for complex healthcare systems.
My approach blends user-centered thinking with rigorous use of data—helping teams move beyond assumptions, translate behavioral insight into action, and build with intention across both clinical and technical domains.
I oversee UX and design strategy for PlanQ, an AI-enabled clinical platform for radiation oncologists and medical physicists. By integrating systems such as Epic Beacon and ARIA into unified, actionable patient summaries, the platform accelerates treatment planning, enhances patient safety, and streamlines care delivery—balancing clinical rigor with real-world usability.
Over 16+ years, I’ve led UX and data strategy across health tech, fintech, CPG, airline, and automotive sectors. Prior roles include Senior Director of UX at Everyday Health, Lead UX Architect & Data Strategist at Ogilvy, and Senior Design Manager at BrightLine, where I guided cross-functional teams and clients in framing needs, overcoming obstacles, and building more efficient, sustainable systems.
Selected collaborations include British Airways, American Express, PwC, CityMD, PepsiCo, GM, Cisco, and The Home Depot.
Outside of work, I’m usually biking through Brooklyn, cooking something new, hiking with my pitbull Harper, or behind the lens of my Nikon Z8.
